Please contact us if you have special requirements or if you need special orders, even if you don't see or find the product you are looking for, we can create it for you.

 Care

For balloons that contain helium, float time may vary based on temperature, environment and handling. Hi-Float sealant is included and applied to any helium filled latex balloon bouquet order.

​

If used indoors, we guarantee the following float times the latex balloons with helium have a duration of approx. 8 hours, we guarantee its durability of 48hrs or more. Microfoil or metallic balloons will last more than 7 days, depending on weather conditions and treatment.

​

Balloons used outdoors are not guaranteed to last any specific amount of time as the sun, heat, wind, rain, etc., affects the lifespan of the balloons.

​

In the event any flower types, flower color, wrappers, fillers, or other content are not available, vendor reserves the right to replace the item with similar / higher value or care and maintenance.

​

Children under 8 years and pets can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons, please discard broken balloons at once.  Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons away from children. This product contains latex.

​

We do not recommend moving the balloon garlands once they’ve been installed. Balloon bouquets need to be moved with care, once the products have been delivered the responsibility relies on the costumer.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse and cancel any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail or /phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Our Bouquets must be ordered at least 3 days in advance, if you need an order with one day in advance, you must confirm availability by writing to contact@all-bouquet.com before placing the order.

All orders are final and non-refundable, in case the delivery needs to be rescheduled, availability from All bouquet needs to be confirmed. Orders will be processed within 24 hours of placing an order and you will receive a confirmation email once your order is confirmed. Please contact us if you do not receive your confirmation email.

 Shipping and Delivery

We do not have a fixed delivery time. We cannot indicate an estimated delivery time, if you want to indicate relevant information regarding the delivery, please notify us to reach an agreement. For special deliveries, times can be arranged for an additional fee before placing your order by writing to contact@all-bouquet.com

For products available for shipping, we deliver your products via a third party courier service provider. Each order will be hand delivered to your address by our third party courier service provider. There will be an additional charge for re-deliveries if we are unable to deliver your products at the chosen time of delivery.

• To fulfill or meet the reason for which the information is provided.  For example, to create your personal account at all-bouquet.com or to process your orders.

• To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection and managing your account by carrying our credit checks.

Payment Methods

We accept Credit and Debit Cards, Paypal, Stripe and Offline Payments as payment method.

Refund
